Marketing Through Tough Times

Music Makes People BUY!


Remember that people buy from emotion. Music has a subtle, but very real impact on the viewer. The choice of music raises or diminishes the effectiveness of any visual. Think about watching the movie JAWS  without the soundtrack--wouldn't be nearly as scary, right?


But the music must be used legally. This is where do-it-yourselfers often make a mistake. They just take music from their MP3 or IPod and lay it down as the audio track.  


It's one thing to do that for your birthday video,  but if you want it to post it to your site, use it for commercials or public performance (like tradeshows, DVD's etc) and look like a pro, you have to use licensed music.

on the set of a new infomercial on baseball training aids he's 

developed for baseball 

and softball players. 


After 10 years in the Major League, Reed is currently a coach in the New York Yankees organization.
